The food is always so good! I'm never disappointed when I go here. The workers are always nice and cheerful too their shawarma and gyro are to die for!

Ordered door dash delivery - Gyro fries and regular gyro were delicious! As was the pistachio cake :) mango lassi was bottled from an outside brand, tasted a little sour (yogurt drink) and not what i was expecting compared to others I've tried. Overall still would come back!

Friendly, Warm, clean atmosphere. Only 4 tables and a 2 window seats. Most people order to go. Delicious food. Kids like to watch the cooking video in the dining area
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! Since I moved to the area I've tried lots of Mediterranean restaurants and Gyro Star is hands down the best one! Their food is amazing, the staff is so friendly and helpful. Unlike other restaurants, when you place an order for delivery (uber eats, DoorDash, etc), they actually read your notes and prepare it exactly how you asked. I highly recommend this restaurant, for dine in or delivery, their service is just as good
Since the update to the restaurant the inside is very tidy and clean. The service is amazing. Mo is absolutely fantastic. He will walk you through the menu and explain what everything is. The food is absolutely delicious! I couldn't have asked for a better experience with this restaurant. Definitely recommend
Of the Greek/Mediterranean restaurants around the central Kitsap area, I like Gyro Star the best. I have gone to Gyro King a few times as the location is more conconvenient for me, but in my opinion the taste and quality of Gyro Star is superior. The hummus is smooth and creamy, the baba ganoush is a little chunkier and less of a smoky flavor than I have had elsewhere but still very good, and the lamb and beef gyro has tender, well-spiced meat. I think I've found my go-to Gyro spot!
Never in my life did I come across such a place that caters to Mediterranean dishes on the menu, and wherein service comes with a smile for sure. Huge portions, homemade baklava is nothing compared to dessert, the chicken and beef kebab tasted great, cabbage leaves stuffed were quite interesting, and chicken shawarma with rice was full of flavor. I know now where to head when I'm craving either of these.
